Shipping policy

At Femi Vive, we are dedicated to delivering our premium intimate care solutions to women globally with care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

Note: We do not currently ship to countries not listed above.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We offer a simplified flat-rate shipping structure to make your shopping experience easy:

  • Orders of 1 Box: Flat Shipping Fee of $6.00 USD.
  • Orders of 2 Boxes or More: FREE SHIPPING.

The shipping fee (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Included)

We want your experience to be seamless. That's why we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

This means all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are already included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, and your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at business@femivive.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
