Refund policy
At Femi Vive, we prioritize your intimate wellness and satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important - Hygiene & Safety:
Due to the intimate nature of our products (intimate care ovules and serums), we strictly cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return for an unopened product, you can contact us at business@femivive.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Customer Satisfaction & Opened Items
While we cannot accept physical returns of opened products due to hygiene regulations, we want you to have a positive experience with Femi Vive.
If you have tried the product and are unsatisfied with the results, or if you experienced any issues, please contact our support team immediately at business@femivive.com before initiating a dispute. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and are committed to finding a fair solution for you.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care goods (such as intimate care products) that have been unsealed.
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items or gift cards.
6. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
