Yes! We offer free global shipping when you purchase 2 boxes or more. If you order only 1 box, a flat shipping fee of $6 will apply at checkout.

No. We ship using a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) service. We cover all customs duties and VAT, and we handle the customs clearance process for you. You will not be asked to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

We usually pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days, depending on your location. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, though occasional delays may occur due to local courier operations.

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use the link in the email or visit our "Track Order" page to see the latest updates on your shipment.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Defective/Wrong Items: If the product is damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us at business@femivive.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
